The top 8 food allergens are peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, fish and shellfish, and soy.
The tree nut family includes nuts such as cashews, almonds, pecans, and walnuts. A peanut is actually a legume.
Vegan means that our products contain no products derived wholly or partly from animals.
Though our products fulfill requirements of Jewish dietary law (there is no dairy, or meat, in our ingredients, and our utensils, pans, mixers, measuring cups, etc. have never come in contact with either) we are not yet "certified" kosher.
We are confident that our delicious treats will taste just as good when you receive them as when they just come out of the oven. Our cakes and cupcakes and cookies taste best when eaten within 7 to 10 days of baking, however, they can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Our original recipes do contain soy, however, upon request, we can make any of our products soy-free.
We only use non-latex gloves in our facility.
As the mother of a child with food allergies, we have set up our operation to be as safe as I would want for my own child. In addition, our Gluten-free offerings are always prepared and baked separately from our products that are not Gluten-free.
Yes, our products can be frozen for up to 6 months. When ready to eat, simply thaw and serve.

Food dyes are only used in our colored frosting for our cakes and cupcakes. There are no food dyes in our Vanilla or Chocolate Frosting or our cookies.
